Sebastien Lahaie – Managing Director

Sebastien, a French citizen, started his banking career in 1997 within Clinvest in Paris. He then moved to London to join Ernst & Young Corporate Finance to focus on financial institutions valuations. Following a number of projects in Asia and Eastern Europe, he then moved to HSBC where he spent most of his time in Hong Kong and Japan working on regional commercial banks projects, including M&A transactions and IPO. In 2001, he joined ABN AMRO’s Global FIG practice and among other projects started working on Latin American transactions in the banking and insurance sector during which he met with Conor McEnroy. Sebastien holds an MSc from ESCP-EAP and joined Abbeyfield Group in 2006.

Sebastien is a Board Member of Sudameris Bank and a Director of Abbeyfield Financial Holdings.
