Conor McEnroy - Chairman

Conor, an Irish citizen, commenced his banking career in Swiss Bank Corporation in London in 1986 in its investment banking division. In 1990 he moved to Milan as part of the founding team to establish its M&A business; then, in 1994, moved to New York as part of the founding team to establish its Latin American M&A business and head its FIG team. In 1998 he moved to Lehman Brothers and continued the FIG practice. In 2001 he moved to ABN AMRO to reorganize its M&A activities in the region and assist with the restructuring of wholesale banking activity.

Conor founded in 2003 the Abbeyfield Group which operates M&A advisory and primary investment in Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and in 2004 began acquiring distressed banks.

Conor is Chairman of the Board of Sudameris Bank and a Director of Abbeyfield Financial Holdings.
