Abbeyfield Group set up its Financial Advisory division in 2003 to provide advisory services for Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructurings in South America.

The firm focuses on family office businesses with whom a long relationship has been established over the years and specialises in financial institutions and consumer businesses.

Abbeyfield Group ‘s mandates are on a case by case basis, with a view to help key relationships of our group and that would clearly benefit from Abbeyfield’s principal investment and M&A experiences.
